Arielle’s Pink Breakfast

  • Plain yogurt
  • 1 beet, roasted and chopped (or raw and grated)
  • ¼ cucumber, diced
  • ½ apricot or other fruit, diced
  • A handful of sorrel or baby Spinach+lemon juice
  • Handful basil
  • Sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds,
  • Salt, pepper, to taste

Combine!
