Baby Bok Choi with Garlic, Ginger, and Soy

  • 4 baby bok choi
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger
  • 2 tsp (or more, to taste) Bragg’s Liquid Aminos [This is a specialty item that tastes very similar to soy sauce, which is not on the cleanse because it contains gluten.]

Heat olive oil in pan until shimmering. Add garlic and ginger and stir until fragrant (do not let them turn dark brown) add baby bok choi to pan and cover. After a few minutes, turn bok chois over and add soy sauce. Cover keep over heat until bok chois are tender.
