- 2 cups cooked beans (cannellinis, pintos, black, kidney… whatever you have on hand)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1-inch piece of fresh ginger (or dried ginger powder)
- Lemon juice from ½ lemon
- Water and olive oil to thin
- About ¾ cup fresh herbs, chopped. Tarragon, basil, sage, rosemary, parsley, oregano – whatever you have.
Combine all dry ingredients and food processor and pulse to combine. Drizzle in olive oil until desired consistency is reached.
