Raw Fudge

  • two handfuls of almonds
  • half handful of walnuts
  • half handful dried apricots
  • 4 prunes
  • sprinkle of raisins
  • handful unsweetened coconut
  • sea salt
  • unsweetened cocoa powder to taste
  • half cup soaked oats

puree until smooth paste. Spread into thin layer and freeze.
