Roasted Garlic Bean Spread

  • 1 head roasted garlic (slice off the top of the head, brush with a little oil, cover with a sheet of foil, and roast at 400 degrees until soft)
  • 2-3 cups cooked beans – black, pinto, kidney, anything.
  • Handful chives
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 tsp chipotle chili powder
  • ¼ c tahini
  • Olive oil and/or water

Place garlic cloves, beans, chives, cumin, salt, and chili powder in food processor. Pulse and drizzle tahini in. Drizzle in olive oil and/or water until desired consistency is reached.
