- 1 head roasted garlic (slice off the top of the head, brush with a little oil, cover with a sheet of foil, and roast at 400 degrees until soft)
- 2-3 cups cooked beans – black, pinto, kidney, anything.
- Handful chives
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tsp chipotle chili powder
- ¼ c tahini
- Olive oil and/or water
Place garlic cloves, beans, chives, cumin, salt, and chili powder in food processor. Pulse and drizzle tahini in. Drizzle in olive oil and/or water until desired consistency is reached.
