- 1 c greek yogurt
- 1/2 c dry oats
- 1 apple
- almond butter
Cube apple chunks (Macintosh are best) and sprinkle with cardamom and cinnamon. Roast in oven at 400 degrees until crisp on the outside.
Stir dry oats into yogurt and let sit overnight. In the morning, add roasted apples to oat mixture. Top with dollop of almond butter if you can handle it.
