Stone Fruit over Grains

  • 4 cups cooked grains (7-grain cereal mix, or steel-cut oats, or any other whole grain)
  • 4 peaches, plums, or apricots, pitted and cut into quarters
  • ¼ c tahini
  • 3 tbsp pomegranate molasses
  • Salt, to taste
  • 4 tbsp chives, chopped
  • ½ c arugula, chopped
  • 3 tbsp parsley, chopped

Grill fruit until seared and they smell like sugar. While they are on the grill, combine tahini, pomegranate molasses, salt, sugar, chopped parsley, chives, and arugula. Chop and toss with dressing. Serve over grains.
