Cleanse Prep

I highly recommend preparing for the Cleanse by spending a few hours in the kitchen like this:

Having a variety of roasted vegetables and prepped foods available will make it easier to eat gooood snacks and will cut down on meal prep time. Play with spices and herbs, too. Toss the vegetables with spices or dried herbs beforehand (like cinnamon, chili powder and ginger) and toss them with fresh cut herbs after roasting (like fresh basil, chives, and thyme).
