A recipe for when you need something rich, sticky, and sweet… and you’re on the cleanse.
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop chocolate pudding (like this, or this, or this)
- 1 scoop nut butter or fig almond paste
- a bit of coconut oil or some dried coconut
- sprinkle of salt
- tin foil
Turn on the grill or turn on your oven to 450. Score the banana down the length so you can hold it open. (Like a boat!) Fill the rest of the ingredients into the opening in the banana. Wrap the banana boat in foil and place on the grill or in the oven until heated through and melty, about 10 minutes.
