five-day countdown


As we prepare to start cleansing in just FIVE days, I am thinking about ways to personalize my cleanse for an additional mind/body challenge (you all are encouraged to personalize the rules to whatever suits your lifestyle!). I was inspired by my cousin Rebecca (thanks girl) to consider meditation as a daily practice. This is a tough one for me. I do not have patience for stillness.


Thus, I will be incorporating 10 minutes of daily meditation in my 10 day cleanse. I will be using the website/app


How are you altering your cleanse to fulfill your needs?


Also, for a successful cleanse, it’s crucial to prepare. Top 5 pantry essentials include:


  • NUTS – almonds, cashews, etc
  • Dried fruits – dates, raisins
  • Beans – black beans, chick peas
  • Grains – rice, quinoa, oats
  • Avocados
