Cinnamon Almond Butter

This recipe is exceedingly improv-friendly, and easy to multiply. 

  • 2 cups almonds, raw
  • 1-2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp good salt 

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. 

Spread the almonds, cinnamon and salt on a baking sheet and roast until very fragrant, and the inside of the almonds is a dark tan color. 

Remove from oven and allow to cool for at least 10 minutes

Pour the mix into a food processor and blend, scraping down the sides of the processor, until it has reached the desired consistency. Try not to eat all of it in one sitting.
